About Jamey Fraser
Jamey’s talent for delicious food and stand-out events have kept his devoted clientele and staff at his side for almost twenty years. Jamey was initiated into the world of cooking at Vittorio’s Osteria while still in university. He later joined the storied Windsor Arms Hotel’s Three Small Rooms before managing one of Toronto’s original fine food and catering establishments. His love of cooking and loyal following led Jamey to launch JAMES Catering in 1996.
Jamey has also hosted cooking segments on Summer’s Best and Cottage Life TV and has designed and led cooking classes for Sears Whole Home. A long-time local food advocate, who developed an early appreciation for sustainability by spending time at the family farm (circa 1850) in Hastings County, Jamey’s aim with JAMES Catering is to make every dish and every event a pleasure and a success.
